About

Established in 2006, North West Housing Services is registered under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014, and operates on co-operative principles with shareholding membership exclusively made up of clients receiving our services. Our board is elected mainly from the client membership with three places reserved for independent specialist members.

We are also established as a VAT-exempt cost-sharing group which provides substantial benefits to members.

Responsibility for the management of our organisation is delegated by the Board to our Chief Executive, Phil Earl, who is supported by an Executive Team and our dedicated staff.
