North West Housing Services (NWHS) is one of the largest providers of services to housing co-operatives, small housing associations and leaseholders in the UK.
We provide housing management, asset management, finance, administration, repairs and consultancy services to independent clients from a 15 unit co-operative to a 420 unit housing association.
Although recently established as a company we are rich in experienced and knowledgeable staff. Our senior staff have together considerable experience and extensive specialist skills.
